Refund and Return Policy - Alfa Medical Laboratories

Completing the payment process constitutes the customer"s explicit and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of Alpha Laboratories" exchange and refund policy.

1) Purpose of the Policy:
This policy aims to provide a clear and specific framework for customers regarding cancellation, exchange, and refund procedures. This facilitates their dealings with Alpha Medical Laboratories with confidence and transparency, and guarantees their rights in the event of dissatisfaction or the need for modifications to the services provided. The policy also aims to regulate and limit internal cancellations and understand their causes to facilitate financial and operational oversight.

2) Customer"s Right to Refund:
Alpha Medical Laboratories" policy is based on the customer"s right to request the cancellation of a service (requested tests) and request a refund of the amounts paid, provided that the customer has not provided the required sample to the laboratory.

3) Terms and Procedures for Exchange and Refund:
1. The customer has the right to request the cancellation of tests and a refund of the amounts paid, provided that the customer has not provided the required samples to the laboratory.
2. After paying the invoice, the customer is not entitled to request tests outside the timeframe specified for each of the announced offers and discounts.
3. After paying the invoice, the customer is not entitled to request a replacement test. The request must be canceled and a new one submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.
4. The customer has the right to request a refund if the laboratory fails to deliver the results within a period exceeding twice the period specified in the medical laboratory system.
5. When implementing a refund request that meets the conditions, Alpha Laboratories is committed to returning the full amount paid, excluding the value of the value-added tax.
6. Refunds for cases that meet the conditions are made by submitting a request to the Finance Department. The refund is made via direct bank transfer to the customer within a period of up to (10) working days.
7. If an error is confirmed in the sample collection or test procedure, the customer is entitled to a full refund and to have the same test repeated free of charge. The case is reviewed by the Operations Manager or Medical Director to understand the circumstances of the matter and take appropriate action within (5) working days.
